Unfortunately, a downgrade is unavailable once there has been an upgrade. You would need to start over without the donations.
Please follow the steps below, in order, to delete the donations.
- If you are using TurboTax Online - You will go to the Find icon (magnifying glass) at the top right, type in Donations Profile- highlight it and click on Go.
- Check off the second box: Donation receipts made to a qualified charitable organization not reported on a T-Slip then Continue.
- Delete your donation amount and continue- Then click on "Done with donations".
- Go back to do #1 then #2 uncheck that you have donations and click Continue to save your changes.
