You can login to TurboTax Canada Online 2023 here: https://ww1.2023.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/
Unfortunately, TurboTax Online 2022 has been discontinued, so you can't open the return file itself. You can only access the PDF copy from the bottom of existing versions of TurboTax Online.
You can still get the information from your older tax returns via the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) using their My Account service, which you can login to here: My Account for Individuals
