Yes. Each year of TurboTax only has the forms for the year that it was made for.

The dates of the tax return indicate that your fiscal start date is in 2023 and ends in 2024. For  the current filing, you need a new return with the dates beginning in 2024 and ending in 2025. You will need a new return for each fiscal year.
