Can you please provide more information about your problem? What is the exact error message that you are getting? Did you try going into Forms mode and look to see if any forms that you don't need are open? If you do see one that you don't need, choose Edit > Forms > Clear Current Form, then Edit > Forms > Close Unused Forms to get rid of it.

When I go to Netfile it says CRA NETFILE: You Are Not Eligible.

Now I have nothing unusual or different from any other years I've filed so I must have clicked, not clicked or entered something I shouldn't have maybe.  Is there anyways I can see why I'm not eligible?
