can't efile,

It says it must save the return, does so and then shuts down.  I have checked and rechecked my forms and don't find anything.  TT doesn't find anything in the review.  what do I do?  Using Windows 10

With TurboTax Online, please try to clear your cache and delete cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser and even try using a different browser.
