In TurboTax Online, select My Info > [Your Name's] personal information. Under the section that ends with what language you prefer is the question that asks "Are you filing an income tax return with the CRA for the first time?". You can change your answer there. Don't forget to click the "Continue" button at the bottom right to save your changes.
