You can't sign up for CRA My Account if you have never filed a return before. You will be able to do so once you've filed your first return and received your Notice Of Assessment.
You can still use TurboTax Online to prepare your return, but most first-time filers can't use NETFILE to submit their returns online, they need to print and mail their returns to file.

Please note: The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will not be processing any 2024 returns until February 24, 2025, so you won't be able to print out your return until that day.
