Problem filing Quebec return
I get this error message (changed the actual letter and number details for confidentiality)
It looks like the formatting of postal code and phone number in Turbotax is not compatible with Revenu Quebec
Give the technical support agent the error code "xml error".
The 'MDR9' element is invalid - The value 'L1L 1L1' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://www.revenuquebec.ca/T3:codePostal' - The Pattern constraint failed. The 'MDR901' element is invalid - The value '[phone number removed]' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://www.revenuquebec.ca/T3:noTel' - The Pattern constraint failed.

Hi i got the same issue , solving it , is simple you just need to put the phone number without any spaces like [phone number removed] and you could send after to Revenu Quebec

Yes, please try again. Remove the phone number and re-enter each number side by side without any spaces and try again.

If you have an issue with the postal code, please be sure that if there is a zero in the postal code or an 'o', check and make sure that you entered a zero "0" or an "O" when needed.
If this issue persists and you have tried to change the postal code and deleted your phone number and reentered it, we would suggest that you contact our phone support team.
