If you are using TurboTax Desktop:
Go back in section "DEDUCTIONS & CREDITS" and select "Other Deductions" in left navigator menu. On step "Your other deductions profile for 2019", check box "Other deductions (legal costs, etc)" and continue until you reach step with title "Additional Deductions". You will see the boxes where amounts can be entered and will be reported for total on line 25600 of T1 General.
If you are using TurboTax Online:
Go back in section "My Info" and select "Personal Tax Profile for your name". Click on "Edit" beside "Other credits & deductions". Select YES for question "your name, are there other deductions such as public transit, union or professional dues or alimony that you want to claim?". Check box "I had other deductions not covered above". After click on "Continue" at the very bottom of the step and go directly in "Deductions" section by clicking on it on the left navigator menu. The boxes for Additional deductions will be reached under "Other Deductions".
