I purchased Turbo Tax like I do every year. However, this year I decided to download the Standard program rather than purchasing a disc. After downloading it will not install. The program now advises that Window 7 is not supported and therefore program cannot be installed. I do not want to upgrade my Windows program as I only use this computer for Turbo Tax. Can I install this now on my Mac?
We are sorry to see you have these difficulties with our CD/Download software. Unfortunately, TurboTax has never had a CD/Download software compatible with MAC. To help you, we have included our TurboTax FAQ link below.
The only thing that you can do is get a refund for your TurboTax Download version and purchase the Online. If this is what you would like, please let us know so that we can assist you further.
