As per our TurboTax article: Ride sharing income taxes: Uber Eats or Uber drivers will file their taxes as self-employed under form T2125 (Statement of Business or Professional Activities), not as a regular employee. Uber drivers may also claim vehicle expenses such as gas, oil, repairs, insurance, maintenance, and depreciation or lease payments.
