TurboTax didn't prompt me to pay and can't file my return.

When I'm done with all steps and ready to file, I clicked "continue" to TurboTax  prompt me to pay. 

But it keeps showing "loading" image and it doesn't move to the next step and it shows "session timeout" warning.

I re-started my tax filing all over again and tried to file my return but there's same problem.

No payment page is showing. I've tried to log back in and tried to file again since last week.

 

FYI, I tried to purchase TurboTax online Deluxe version (personal tax)

Troubleshooting

If you’re using a Safari browser it is never going to work. You have to use another browser like Google Chrome. That was what solved the problem for me.
