I connect to my CRA account thru Turbo Tax and it says that it is connecting to the CRA but the green line just stops. What's the issue?

I connect to my CRA account thru Turbo Tax and it says that it is connecting to the CRA but the green line just stops. What's the issue?
It's for auto-filling my tax return directly from CRA. Is it just hanging? Too much internet traffic at CRA?
