I contacted with customer support and asked for switch tax expert, I expected call from new tax Expert last week, but unfortunately nobody called me back.
I didn’t asked for refund yet, but if I’ll not have call from Expert form next two days I’ll request refund. I never having issues with TurboTax previously, but Honestly it’s not professional service this year.
