Problem with Expert

Hi There. I tried contact with my TAX expert few times, no response at all. I paid for full service. But isn’t any service so far.
Can someone do something with this?? There’s nothing worse than ignorance. Thank you

Did your tax expert end up working on your tax return? I have no luck at all. Curious if we've been assigned the same tax prep assistant and tax expert... I've asked for a refund. But given this mess, I fear I might not get my refund.

I contacted with customer support and asked for switch tax expert, I expected call from new tax Expert last week, but unfortunately nobody called me back.

I didn’t asked for refund yet, but if I’ll not have call from Expert form next two days I’ll request refund. I never having issues with TurboTax previously, but Honestly it’s not professional service this year.

Thanks for the update! Yea, I've never had issues previously, but it's been bad this year. I might move to Wealthsimple next year. Much better-looking UI and customer service.
