How can we reach out to Turbotax? I called 2times (90min waiting time) and the call stopped twice 30s and 5s after the beginning of the call. Nobody called me back

Troubleshooting
The options you are describing to get a call or to schedule an appointment are not available. When I follow all the steps you are describing, the only option at the end is to get a number to call Turbotax, with an incredibly long waiting time and people dropping the call as I described it before.
My experience last year was that I could schedule the call. But this option doesn't seem available any more.
Please let me know how to schedule a call. But the information you provided didn't give me this option and was what I was already doing
