Troubleshooting
- Firstly make sure you can log into your MyCRA account. Log in, then log out and close your browser.
- Clear your browser cache, log back into your TurboTax account (TY21) and try again.
- If that doesn't resolve it, then I will suggest that you try a completely different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
However if after attempting the steps above, you are still having issues, contact our phone support team, as they have the option to view your screen and troubleshoot what may be causing the issue.
