I have been trying unsuccessfully to install the desktop version of TurboTax 2022. It worked the day I bought the program but I haven't been able to open it since. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times! Keep getting a TT805 error! Any advise appreciated! This site is worthless in terms of solutions :(
I was on the phone for about 45 minutes yesterday but finally got the problem resolved .... thank-you. In my case it appears it was my anti-virus software (Kaspersky) ...... shut it down and was able to open Turbo Tax 2022.
