When I download the updates, I receive a fatal error message. I successfully downloaded the super patch but I still get the error message. This is from a 2022 TurboTax disc purchased from Amazon.
Please try uninstalling the program and then use the download from our website to reinstall it. You can download TurboTax from this FAQ: Where can I download the CD/download edition of TurboTax?
