Troubleshooting
Must be a software problem with the new 2023 version.
I have tried repeatedly to find a way to correct the error, but no information has been provided by Turbo.
What a complete and utter waste of my valuable time.
Turbo, are you listening? I'm not going to pay for your error. Fix the error or email me with a refund.

Troubleshooting
Go to the very beginning, and start over and it will bring you to the organ donation part. This fixes the problem

Troubleshooting
Thanks Evelyn, can't seem to find the Organ donation check box anywhere starting at the beginning, even did a search on Help. Please be more specific as to where it is , as you claim it will fix the software error (bug) which is preventing me from filing
Regards,
Don
