It’s with Canadian citizenship, 4th place under “my info”it says do you authorize the cra to share your name and email with the government of Ontario ….

Hi Don, if you start at the beginning of your taxes, like at the intro, and click thru it will bring you to the donor part

Go to the very beginning, and start over and it will bring you to the organ donation part. This fixes the problem
