Replacements of Experts and limited tool to access Notes from Status

Hello,

I am here to complain some technical experts. I signed in to do my Tax Return and chat with Mazhar K. on March 11 and then there is a new replacement for new a tech who is Jean-Claude on chat. I wanted to keep this same person. 

There is a limited tool online that I cannot see the notes from Status. 

Could you check it please as soon as possible, please??
