Issue with Chat and looking at messages from expert

There is no Bell icon in my turbotax live review. There is a little round picture of a character with a red dot beside it, but when I click that or send a message, it just goes to a frequently asked questions. 

 

I tried with chrome, microsoft and on the app. I get emails saying my tax expert left me a message but I can not see it anywhere. 

 

Please help. This did not happen last year.
