I have a complaint about your product. I am trying to do my taxes ussing Turbo Tax Standard, however it will not allow me to enter the amount in box 20 from my T4A (P). I have called the supposed help line and got an automated voice who sent me a link which was an index, no help. I called back and went through a bunch of automated answers and they asked for my name and couldn't even get it to understand me before I could actually speak to someone. However when this person came on the line, they had a terrible accent and I could not understand a word they said. How do I get a refund on the product as it is garbage and there is no help to be had in having it fixed?
