Product Refund
I have been trying to get a refund for a product bought in error since Feb 22, 2023.
I filled our the refund request and was assigned case number [phone number removed].
When I check out the status it only shows that it is still open. No emails, no answers, nothing.
I was charged $237.15 Canadian for this product.
When am I going to get this refund?
