Found the problem. You also have to enter the boxes A and B of the RL-8 in the dependant info otherwise Turbo Tax ignores and erases the inputs. Without Boxes A&B, for some odd reason the Schedule T fee transfer will properly appear in the Schedule A but not the Schedule S fee transfer even though the data is in the dependant info form. But when I added the other boxes, both appeared in Schedule A.
