We used Turbotax successfully for atleast 10 years. This year we commenced to do our taxes and received confirmation on order Number: QSTND242835242. We initiated our return process but were immediately told that Turbotax is no longer compatible with Windows 7.

We stopped the process and bought a new computer with Windows 10. On May 1 we once again commenced the return process with Order Number: TTWND245053128. We were successful in filing and have received our refund from CRA. Thank you.

We were surprised by the fact that my VISA card has been charged CAD $42.93 for the aborted attempt to file AND CAD $90.38 for the successful return process.  The CAD $42.93 charge seems unfair.
