Unfortunately, once you’ve set a password on a return, you cannot open the tax return without entering your password. TurboTax Support cannot unlock your password-protected return.

Can you tell me the password format that is use to open your filed tax return pdf?
I do not remember what the format is. I think it may have some initials and probably some last digits of some number related to the individual

Unfortunately, we don't know your password, because you set it after filing your return. It is only you who knows the password, TurboTax doesn't. If you need help with anything else, feel free to reach us.

If yes, It should be in your message center once you continue from the Home page.
