Turbo tax application stop working properly
I was doing my taxes, and the application stopped working properly.
this is what it says
This should not have happened. Don't worry - your data has been saved.
Our TurboTax application has stopped working properly. It rarely happens; we're sorry it happened when you were using it.
Maybe the puppy helps, but you're probably mad and we're already hard at work fixing it.

Troubleshooting
I'm having the same problem and waiting a week and it is still present. I can't continue my taxes as it continually goes to the same page as the initial person who posted.
It does not work either with Safari or Chrome and I cleared my history and cache.
Is this an ongoing problem ?

Troubleshooting
I have cleared my cache more than a couple of times using C-Cleaner and going into my computer and cleared the cache. I have used Edge, Chrome, Google as different browsers and keep getting the same message which shows the puppy. I have spent the entire weekend doing my taxes and now this! I called to get support, I was emailed a link. Am I frustrated. Oh yeah! Support is not good enough if all you get is a link. What now?
