Yes TurboTax has each individualized credit amounts considered and allowed as per your address included in your return. Medical amounts are calculated per 12 months of your choice each year and not carried forward as per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Other allowed amount may be carried forward when you Auto-fill as seen here: Auto-fill My Return - Carry forwards.
