Unfortunately, it looks like you'll either have to file your Quebec return without the medical expenses (and do an adjustment to add them after), or redo your return.

According to this directive, I can make different medical expense claims for my Federal and Quebec returns by first filing my Fed. return, then altering my Quebec return and sending it. Is that correct? Turbo tax will permit the alteration and allow the e-filing?
