@Ax33 The Federal Return goes to the CRA while the Quebec return goes to Revenue Quebec, so sending one doesn't impact the other.
But in TurboTax Online 2024, when you get to the Medical Expenses section, there is an option to check off if you have medical expenses that are deductible on your Québec return but not your federal return, or vice versa.
