Your Current province of residence is not recognized by the CRA
Im trying to Netfile and I get message above.
Ive always lived in Ontario and it shows Ontario in adress box correctly

Troubleshooting
I had this issue and fixed it by going into View>Personal information .. make sure the right province is selected. I found this will engage the right provincial forms too. Hope that helps
