Do you mean that you didn't claim your medical expenses on your 2022 return or that you did but had some expenses left over to move to this year's 12 month allowance?
If you did not claim your 2022 medical expenses, you will need to make an adjustment to your 2022 return as seen in our TurboTax article: How to Change Your Tax Return After You’ve Filed
