Unfortunately, returns can't be moved to different accounts. She would have to start her return from scratch if she is using her own account. But you can give her the PDF file of her previous returns for her reference.

This is a critical missing feature. Had I known that before switching to the online version, I would not have made the declaration in my account. This was not an issue with the desktop version, as we could just share the .ttXX file.

Feels like a step back.
