@hank1918 Please ensure both your anti-virus software and Windows firewall are both completely disabled. You may also need to add TurboTax to a Safe/Allow list within your anti-virus software. Once done please be sure to put on your anti-virus and firewall. You may need to reinstall your TurboTax and reinstall using the following link.
