Troubleshooting

I tried to contact phone support over a dozen times in vain. I cannot get past your bot and speak to human support, it will not let me :

it does not understand what the issue is even though I repeated "the activation code does not work/ expired activation code" countless times, with responses such as cannot understand what I am saying, offer to email info, do I have case number etc etc.

It could not even take my  email info correctly even after repeating it numerous time.

the worst system in my experience.

Can you not convey the new code to me by email and cancel the expired code I have which I can convey to you by email?

This is getting incredibly frustrating, I would love to do a survey on your support system
