To be able to open a TurboTax file (.ttxx), you need to install the software of the same taxes year on the computer. To import data from a previous taxes year to the current one, you just need to install the software for this year and have the previous year TurboTax file (.ttxx) on the computer.

You can download the previous TurboTax years needed on this link. If you still have access to the software on the old computer, you can retrieve your license code by following the steps in the screenshots.
