2023 Tax Return not in my documents, called 3 times and was referred here
I have called 3 times to have my 2023 return uploaded to my account and after a 1 hr call today, was referred to post it here. Not his fault but the call center cannot do it and this isn't a big ask.
PLEASE, upload my 2023 Tax returns for me and my spouse. I cannot communicate with CRA without the info that is in it. I have spent too much time on this already and assistance is needed.

It was in February of 2024 but I believe I logged into 2023, online version. DELUXE. With the assist of an Agent.

If you have used an Online DIY (Deluxe) version of TurboTax, your return should be in the correct account. Make sure to use the correct username and password to get into the right account. To sign in for 2023 tax year please use this link.
For privacy and security reasons we do not have access to your tax returns until or unless you have used TurboTax Full Service and provided a written consent for a Tax expert to prepare and File your return on your behalf.

I had assistance from TurboTax, and they filed it for me and my wife. Same process each year. It's not there. Correct name, password, etc. and each year (and in 2023), consent was given. I just need it uploaded to my documents and cannot understand why it cannot be added. 3 calls PLUS, I paid the FULL service.

Thanks, for confirming the product. Tax experts do send a filed copy of return after filing a return. We will have a tax expert from Full- Service will call you back so you can get a copy of your return.

Thanks again. I hope someone calls me sooner than later as the it been mentioned than that someone was going to call me back on Call #1 & Call #2. The closer we get to the chaos of TAX season, the longer my interaction and submission with the CRA is going to take.

We are trying to see if we can find out why you haven't gotten a call yet. But I would just like to confirm that when you login to 2023, you don't see anything listed at all, not even in your past returns at the bottom of the page? Did you and your wife get NETFILE confirmation numbers for 2023?
Also note, if you (and your wife) have a CRA MyAccount, you can access information from your filed 2023 returns, as well as your NOAs for that year.
