Troubleshooting
I purchased TurboTax, Home and Business instore at Costco. I attempted to download the product online however, it did not accept the activation code even after entering it correctly no less than 7 times. I tried calling the support number [phone number removed] and spoke to a Bot who grossly misspelled my name even after spelling it out 5 separate times. The Bot finally transferred me to a representative however the phone hung up on me after 2 rings. I would like some answers from TurboTax please.
