@Geoff88 These forms are still locked by CRA & RQ and not finalized by yet. Please refer to this link Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized?
We do not have any ETA on this yet but as soon a these forms gets finalize we will be updating them in TurboTax.
We appreciate your patience.

@Corbor I also spoke to someone who submitted without issue (they had Premium) so I'm having a hard time seeing how this is a global issue...

Hi, I am trying to file my return but it says locked when filing. I checked your link and my return doesn't utilize any of the forms or schedules listed. I also can't get the program to update despite even uninstalling and reinstalling the program. Please advise

Troubleshooting
I am not sure what I did. I use the online filing, not the desktop app, so I cannot print my return. I reviewed the file and manually removed the T5 forms (I did not receive any T5 forms this year because interest earned was too small, so I needed only to enter the interest under other investment income). I also removed another form--I do not recall but it was maybe a capital gains form--that was automatically included when I began my return. I think it was included because we used the form once about six years ago. I am guessing that TurboTax saves certain info and auto-populates your return each year with certain forms.
So basically, I reviewed the entire return and unclicked some forms that had been included, which I did not need this year. I also cleared my browser history and cookies a few times. Not sure if that helped.
And I kept checking back every few hours. And teh last time, it let me file. I really don't know what did the trick.
