The CRA needs more time to certify the capital gains forms due to the delay of the rate increase. We expect they’ll be ready to accept your return by late March.

When the filing date is announced, we'll notify you at the email address you use for TurboTax so you can sign in and file.

 

Can anyone explain this in more depth? I have investments (T5), but besides that, I do not understand why this error is preventing me from filling? Is everyone that files personal taxes early subject to this freeze?
