Troubleshooting

I would sign out of TT and then....I believe you should clear all your cookies and the cache from your browser.....look under "settings" on your browser's page to do that.  You may have some cookies, etc., which is keeping old information on your system.

Then log back into your account.

I have only one T3 in paper form, but on the back of it, it lists the various funds which make up the totals shown on the front of the form.     Note that when I did the download from the CRA,  what plugged in was 3  T3s....not just one.  So as I had errors with their download, I deleted their 3 T3s and did ONE new T3, but with the information from the front of the paper one I have.     And it worked!

Note TT sent email to all subscribers at 12:41 pm today ..... it reads:

"We’re reaching out to inform you that the capital gains forms are now open and—if you’re ready—you can finish filing your 2024 tax return with TurboTax.

You recently tried to file with TurboTax and were unable to complete your filing due to capital gains forms being locked. This delay was due to the CRA having to certify new capital gains forms as a result of their announcement regarding the deferral of rate increases."    Good luck!
