to enter my deluxe online edition that I bought at Walmart please show me where to enter the code.

You can see this TurboTax FAQ for step-by-step instructions: In TurboTax Online, how do I use a prepayment code? Please note that you can only use the code once in one account. Using the code again will give an error message.

Why cant I enter my activation code

@golfgranny2011 Please try changing the display resolution settings for your device ( OS). 

Same here, no matter I used my desktop, laptop, cellphone, different browers or what, it just bounce back to I have account.
