Turbotax standard 2024 was downloaded on Jan 12/25. No activation code has been received so not able to activate.

The code would have been sent to your email address. Did you check your junk/spam folder to see if it went there?
Yes, no email received. The program is downloaded to the laptop just needs to be activated with a code.
We are not showing any purchases of TurboTax Desktop 2024 for you. Did you buy it directly from us or from a 3rd party like Costco, Amazon, etc...?
It was downloaded on line. The program is on my laptop. Should I go through the download
process again if no purchase is showing.
