Unfortunately, in TurboTax CD/Download there is no way within the
program to add extra lines for the T1135 Foreign Income Verification form. We
have mentioned this to the development team, but we have no word on when/if it
will be changed.
You can, however, add more than 3 lines in TurboTax Online, so
perhaps in the future you may want to consider using that version?
