I downloaded my turbo tax from and email sent to me and now I cannot get a licence number

Did you get this email after you bought the software? What year did you buy?

I would like to pay for my 2024 Taxes. I use my card debt Mastercard and it had failed. I had an over draft in my account. And it won't work. This is the only card I have to pay for this.  The over draft has been takin care of. The money is there to pay for my tax return.  

I really don't want to go and do my taxes some where else. Please help. Thanks Yvonne Hall
