Refund for turbo tax live service

I would like to know the status of my refund request, i tried to contact customer support but it doesnt give me any options to talk to a real human.

Troubleshooting
You refund request is still open, but it was only opened yesterday, and it typically takes about 24 business hours for refunds to be processed.
Also, please make sure that you've deleted your Full Service return as that's required before they will refund your order. To do this:
- Sign in to TurboTax Online. You can login to TurboTax Canada Online 2024 here: https://ww1.2024.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/
- Select the trash can icon next to the applicable Full Service return.
If you only have one return, you must first create a blank return in order to see the trash can icon. To create a blank return:
- Next to Start a new 20XX return, select Continue.
- Select Let’s go.
- On the Which of these applied to you in 20XX? screen, select any option, then select Continue.
- On the Do you need any help doing your taxes? screen, select I can do in on my own, then select Continue.
- Select Start for free.
- From the menu, select My Returns, then select View all tax returns.
When phoning us, tell the answering machine what your issue is. Then when it asks if you want it to send you information by text message or email, say no. Then it will collect some info and transfer you to a live agent.
During tax season (from CRA NETFILE opening (mid-February) to the regular filing deadline (April 30), we're available 7 days a week during these hours:
- 9 AM to midnight ET for English support
- 9 AM to 9 PM ET for French support
During the rest of the year (May 1 to mid-February), we're available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.
