The software (TurboTax Canada 2024 ) cannot be started.
However, I recently received a letter from the tax authority stating they did not receive my tax return data.
I now want to open my 2024 data file, but the software prompts me to upgrade. I selected YES,
and then the software failed to launch. Please help.

Troubleshooting
Deleting the original folder allows successful installation. However, it still fails to launch successfully. Only an upgrade dialog appears and disappears. The software cannot be launched or run.
