@user17690998417 What is the exact error message that you are getting when you try to install TurboTax? Have you checked if your computer is running in S Mode? S Mode would restrict your computer to only install programs from the Microsoft Store, so software like TurboTax from outside of the Store will not run. If you call phone support, tell it what your issue is. Then when it asks if you want it to send you information by text message or email, say no. Then it will collect some info and transfer you to a live agent. They are currently available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.
